When it comes to marketing your product a good way to keep consumers interested is to offer choice of product and price. Solar eCRM makes it simple and easy to add and manage hundreds of solar systems in your list.
Your product database can include a complete list of solar PV systems including inverters and panels. There are a variety of options available to sort the product list based on different field sets such as system size, product name, panels and inverter brands, etc. This list is convenient to choose a specific product size from while you are preparing a quote.
A special feature of this module allows you to upload a product brochure which goes as an automatic attachment whenever a quote is sent with a particular product selected.
Product cost is a field which is used to identify internal pricing. For instance, say your franchisee or sales office has to pay the head office for the product; then the product cost field can be used to specify this pricing.
The cash price is entered then Solar eCRM calculates the RRP based on a premium you donate such as 15% or 10% over cash price to reflect higher cost due to finance fees. Suppose cash price is $1000 and the payment plan premium in the system is 20%, then product price will show RRP at $1200. This allows you to offer a cash discount from RRP.
