Product Setup

Create your Company's Product/System database. In this module, you can create different ranges of products and packaged systems you offer.

Add New: 

Products -> Add New

Edit Details: 

Products -> Click on the Product Name

Product or System Details

The product or system details has the following following fields to be filled,

Product Size in KW

  • Size of the system in KW (Kilowatts) to be installed in customer site.
  • This is a required field
  • Accepts only numbers

Product Name

  • The product name can be name related to the product size like 1.5 KW promo, August promo 3 KW
  • This is a required field
  • Accepts numbers and alphabets

Product Brochure

  • You can attach a PDF product brochure here, which will be sent to the customer along with the quote only when this product is quoted
  • This is an optional field
  • You can delete an already uploaded document if you dont want to send it
  • Accepts only PDF files

Panel Details

The panel details like panel brand and other technical details are entered here.

Panel Brand

  • You can enter the name of the panel brand available in this system
  • This is required field
  • Information is sent in the quote in the product details
  • Accepts only alphabets

Open Circuit Voltage

  • This is the technical details about the panel. This is more for the reference for the installer.
  • This is an optional field
  • This information is not sent in the quote
  • Accepts only digits

Short Circuit Current

  • This is the technical details about the panel. This is more for the reference for the installer.
  • This is an optional field
  • This information is not sent in the quote
  • Accepts only digits

Inverter Details

The inverter details like inverter brand and other technical details are entered here.

Inverter Brand

  • You can enter the name of the inverter brand available in this system
  • This is required field
  • Information is sent in the quote in the product details
  • Accepts both numbers and alphabets

Max. DC Voltage

  • This is the technical details about the inverter. Useful information for installer reference.
  • This is an optional field
  • This information is not sent in the quote
  • Accepts only numbers

MPP voltage range

  • This is the technical details about the inverter. Useful information for installer reference.
  • This is an optional field
  • This information is not sent in the quote
  • Accepts only numbers with -

Other Details

The inverter details like inverter brand and other technical details are entered here.

No. of Panels

  • You can enter the number of panels to go with the system
  • This is a required field
  • Information is sent in the quote in the product details
  • Accepts numbers

Watts/Panel

  • This is automatically calculated based on system size and no. of panels. You can change it if required (Caution: When changed it will affect the accuracy)
  • This is an optional field
  • Information is sent along with the quote in the product details
  • Accepts numbers

Product Cost

  • This is not the real cost which will be sent along with the quote but it is used as whole sale cost for internal calculations.
  • This is an optional field
  • Information is NOT sent along with the quote in the product details
  • Accepts numbers

Cash Net Price

  • This is the real cost of the system which will be sent along with the quote. It is used to calculate the payment plan price using the payment plan premium value in the settings.
  • This is a required field
  • Information is sent along with the quote in the product details
  • Accepts numbers
