Invoice Creation
Invoice can be created from order where user view the order details by clicking on customer name. Once user reach invoice creation page, he/she can create invoice by filling in the following details. Most of the details will be taken from orders.
Orders -> Click on customer name -> Create Invoice
Invoice
User can enter invoice details here
Invoice Date
- Date of the invoice which will be set as today date
Due Date
- The date which invoice will due
- It is required field
Customer Details
User can enter customer details here
Title
- First name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only alphabets
First Name
- First name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only alphabets
Last Name
- Last name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only alphabets
Company Name
- Company name of the customer
- It is a optional field
- Accepts only alphabets
Street No
- Street number of the customer
- It is a required field
Street Name
- Street name of the customer
- It is a required field
Suburb
- Suburb of the customer
- It is a required field
State
- State of the customer to select from drop down list
- It is a optional field
Postcode
- Postcode of the customer
- It is a optionalfield
Home Phone
- Land-line contact number of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only numbers
Mobile
- Land-line contact number of the customer
- It is an optional field
- Accepts only valid mobile numbers
- Email of the customer must be captured. This is important for long term contact with the customer.
- It is an optional field
- Accepts only valid email ids
Product Details
Customer can enter product details here
Size
- Size of the system
- It is a required field
Inverter
- Model of the inverter
- It is a required field
Pannels
- Number of Pannels
- It is a required field
Watts
- Watts of the product
- It is a required field
Brand
- Brand of the product
- It is an optional field
Site Details
- Details of the site e.g Double Storey, Tile/Pitched
- It is an optional field
Recs
- Recs number
- It is a required field
Payment Details
User can enter payment details here
Order Total
- Total price amount of the order
- This is required field
Deposit
- Deposit amount paid for the order
- This is required field
Mode of payment
- Payment method
- This is required field
Status will be set “new” as default.
