Green Bank Form
Green bank form can be generated by clicking on “Print green bank form” from installation view page. Once the button is clicked, green bank form page will show and the following details can be filled to generate with green bank form.
Installation -> Customer Name -> Print Greenbank Form

Solar system description
Details of the solar system. Panel and Inverter information must match exactly with the CEC approved list

| Installation date | The day the system was first able to produce and deliver electricity |
| Multiple factor | Select one of the multiple factor |
| Select system “Grid connected system ” and “Standalone power system” | Select any |
| Do you wish to enter photo-voltaic serial numbers for small generation units? | If “yes”, a form for photo-voltaic serial numbers for small generation units will display |
Eligibility
This section include a list of yes or no questions for user to select.

| Are there existing panels at this address? | select yes or no. If yes, two input box will display and user have to enter the location of new panels from existing panels using metres and direction |
